Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Luxury Lounger, you can return the product(s) for a full refund less a restocking fee of 15% within 30 days of purchase. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy. 

The following is Luxury Loungers’ return policy for all purchases made through our website:

• You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused. If possible, please include a copy of original receipt of the purchase. 

• Returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. 

• No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original purchase date. 

• Please contact Luxury Lounger customer service team at +1 (877) 777-6410 to set up your return. 

To avoid problems, please include a copy of your original receipt with the merchandise so we can process your return.
