Warranty Terms by Product Line:

• WAVE, CHAISE, & TABLES:

  • Coverage: 2 years for residential and commercial use.

  • Protection Against: Splintering, cracking, chipping, or peeling.

• Legacy Collections, Classic Upright, Chaise Lounger:

  • Residential Use: 2 years.

  • Commercial Use: 1 year.

 

Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover:

• Improper use, disassembly, modifications, or mishandling.

• Damage from external heat sources, improper maintenance, or hazardous chemical exposure.

• Ordinary wear and tear, fading, or environmental damage.

• Acts of God, vandalism, or misuse.

• Transportation, labor, assembly costs, or incidental/consequential damages.

 

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

• Provide proof of purchase and contact customer service at (877) 777.6410 or contact@luxury-loungers.com.

• Include your name, invoice number, contact details, photos, and a description of the defect.

• Claims are reviewed, and defective products are repaired or replaced at Luxury Lounger's discretion.
