Return Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from Luxury Lounger, you can return the product(s) for a full refund less a restocking fee of 15% within 30 days of purchase. For products purchased directly from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies to your purchase. Please contact them directly for information regarding their return policy.

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused. If possible, please include a copy of original receipt of the purchase.

Returning shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 30 days of the original purchase date.
